What's a faster atv, a suzuki 400 or a Yamaha yfz450?

My friend has both a 2003 yfz450 and a 2004 Suzuki 400, although the 400 has a 440 kit in it. To make a long story short he can't tell which one is faster. So basically which one should be faster?What's a faster atv, a suzuki 400 or a Yamaha yfz450?
