What are the valve settings for a 2000 Yamaha Warrior ATV?

Remove the rocker covers as said, but u'll need to remove the timing chain cover and crank cover also. Turn the crank nut till the timing mark on the cam sptocket lines up with the mark on the case. Use feeler guages.

Intake: .0023-.0039

Exhaust: .0063-.0078

this is done on a cold engine.|||Those are the correct settings.

In case you need it, the chain tension is 30-40mm (drive chain)|||If its the same as my Warrior, there are two caps at the top of the engine, one over the muffler, one over the entrance into the engine from the carbuerator. Take the bbolt out and remove the caps, there will be the roccker arm and at the end is a bolt lookin thing with a nut on the top, Tightn the bolt down so it barely makes a tapping noise when u push it up and down. Then ur all set.
