Why Are yamaha Bashee atv's so dam fast? And why are they faster the my raptor 660?

I can't figure out why they are so fast... Also I was in Glamis about to race this Guy on my raptor and i know that i have raptors have torque cuz i popped a willy right onto my ***. but why are banshee's faster?|||Engines are lighter in weight and produce more horse power. That is the advantage of two stroke engines.|||Different brands....but banashees are usually always more modified, raptors are fast but they take off fast but top speed is normal|||Nothing can beat a 2 stroke when it comes to acceleration. A stock KX65 is faster than a raptor 700
